Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Rishav Raj, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, who operates Voyce ("Voyce", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Voyce, you agree to them.

1. The service

Voyce writes LinkedIn posts in your voice, using news in your niche and the material you give it, and can publish them to your LinkedIn account through LinkedIn's official API. By default each post waits for your approval; you can instead choose to let posts publish automatically.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.
• Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Only publish as yourself, or as someone who has given you explicit permission. If you invite someone to connect their LinkedIn to one of your profiles, you confirm they have agreed to you publishing on their behalf; they can disconnect at any time in their LinkedIn settings.

3. Your content and what's published

You keep ownership of the material you provide and the posts Voyce writes for you. You give us permission to store and process that material only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for everything published to your LinkedIn through Voyce — posts you approve and posts you've chosen to publish automatically. AI-written content can contain mistakes. Voyce checks posts against their sources and holds back posts that fail, but it cannot guarantee accuracy, so review what goes out under your name.

4. LinkedIn

Voyce is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. You must follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. LinkedIn can change or limit its API at any time, so we can't guarantee that publishing will always be available, or how LinkedIn treats any account. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time.

5. Acceptable use

• No spam, or content that is misleading, defamatory, hateful, infringing or illegal.
• No impersonating others.
• No attempts to get around plan limits, overload the service, or reverse engineer or scrape it.

6. Plans and payment

• The free plan has the limits shown on our pricing.
• Pro is a one-time payment for a 30-day pass, charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay. It does not renew automatically.
• Prices may change for future purchases; a pass you've paid for is not affected.
• Your bank may add foreign-transaction or conversion fees for international cards.

7. Refunds

Pro payments are final once the pass is active. We refund charges made in error and payments where Pro never activated, as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep Voyce running, but it is provided as it is. Scheduled posts can fail — for example during a LinkedIn outage, or when a connection expires — and we'll email you when that happens. We may change or improve features over time.

9. Suspension and ending your use

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Voyce at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Voyce is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, reputation or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims brought against us that arise from content you publish through Voyce or from your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and email you about significant changes before they apply.
