Voyce ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address, name, and hashed password when you register
• Profile data: Company/personal profile details you enter (name, industry, tone, post time)
• LinkedIn data: OAuth access token and LinkedIn person ID when you connect LinkedIn
• LinkedIn upload data: Post history and writing style analysis from your optional LinkedIn data export
• Post history: Records of content generated and posted through the Service

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate AI content personalised to your profile and writing style
• To post content to LinkedIn on your behalf via your OAuth token
• To display post history and analytics in your dashboard
• To enforce plan limits and manage your account

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our servers. LinkedIn OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to post on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• LinkedIn: OAuth integration — governed by LinkedIn's Privacy Policy
• Groq: AI content generation — content is sent to Groq's API for processing

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@voyce.ai. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from within the app.

6. Cookies

Voyce uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your session token on your device. No tracking cookies are used.

7. Children

Voyce is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
